Review & Content Policy

The rules for material you upload, save, generate, or submit in our products — and how we review content, handle reports, and respond to copyright complaints.

Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to all content that users upload, save, submit, generate, or publish through products operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME](“Rush Media”) — including ads and creative assets, comments and approvals, AI prompts and outputs, performance reviews, contractor profiles and ratings, equipment records, and content published to connected social accounts (“User Content”).

1. Your responsibility for User Content

You are responsible for the User Content you and your organization’s users submit, and for having the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to submit it — including releases from any person who appears in it. Rush Media does not pre-screen all User Content and does not endorse it.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use our products to upload, save, generate, or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • infringes or misappropriates anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
  • is defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive, including false or unsubstantiated health, efficacy, or earnings claims in advertising;
  • harasses, threatens, or promotes violence against any person or group, or is hateful on the basis of a protected characteristic;
  • is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • impersonates any person or organization, or uses a real person’s likeness or voice without permission, including through AI-generated media;
  • discloses another person’s personal or confidential information without authorization;
  • contains malware or is designed to interfere with systems or accounts; or
  • violates the rules of the advertising, ecommerce, or social platform where it will be published.

3. Reviews and evaluations

Some products let users write reviews and evaluations — for example, employee performance reviews in Calibr, ratings or notes about contractors in HireHub, and feedback on creative assets in O2. When you write one:

  • base it on your own first-hand experience and keep it relevant to the work;
  • be honest and fair — don’t knowingly include false statements;
  • don’t include comments about a person’s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic, or about their medical information;
  • don’t offer or accept anything of value in exchange for a particular review or rating; and
  • remember that reviews may be visible to others in your organization according to its settings.

Organizations that use our products for performance management or hiring are responsible for their employment decisions and for complying with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws. We do not suppress honest reviews because they are negative.

4. Saved and aggregated advertising content

SwipeLounge and other research tools collect and preserve advertisements that were publicly displayed so that users can study them, including after the original advertiser removes them. These ads remain the property of their owners. Users may use saved ads for research, analysis, and inspiration, but may not republish them or pass them off as their own. Advertisers who want an ad removed from our library can contact us using the details below.

5. AI-generated content

When you use AI features in products such as Gala, Mirage, and AdEcho, you are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for reviewing output before you use it, and for making sure your use complies with this policy, applicable law, and platform rules — including rules that require disclosure of AI-generated or altered media. Don’t use AI features to replicate another brand’s trademarks or trade dress, or to create deceptive depictions of real people.

6. How we review content

We may use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect content that violates this policy, and we review content when it is reported to us. When we find a violation, we may remove or restrict the content, limit features, or suspend or terminate the account, depending on severity and history. Where appropriate, we will notify the affected user and explain the action we took. We may preserve content and report it to law enforcement where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

7. Reporting content

To report content that you believe violates this policy, email [EMAIL] with the subject line “Content Report” and include the product, a link to or description of the content, and the reason for your report. We review reports and take action as appropriate.

8. Appeals

If we remove your content or restrict your account and you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice or email [EMAIL] with the subject line “Content Appeal” within 30 days. Tell us why you believe the decision was wrong, and a different reviewer will consider it.

9. Copyright infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. To submit a notice, send our designated agent a written communication that includes:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (such as a URL);
  4. your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS]. Email: [EMAIL].

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Rush Media may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
