Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making our website and products usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]

[COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Rush Media”) is committed to making rushmediateam.com and our software products accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as part of building things well, not as an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What we’ve done on this website

  • Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color-contrast requirements. Our monochrome brand palette is applied with contrast rules so that low-contrast grays are never used for text.
  • Every page can be navigated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Pages use semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure for screen readers.
  • Images and logos include text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields have visible labels, errors are described in text (not by color alone), and form results are announced to screen readers.
  • Content reflows for small screens and zoom up to 400% without loss of content or function.
  • Motion is kept minimal and respects the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.

Known limitations

  • Client and product logos: logos are shown in their owners’ original colors, which we don’t alter. Each logo has a text alternative, and the organization or product name also appears in text wherever it matters for understanding the page.
  • Products: we are working toward WCAG 2.1 AA across our software products. Some older features may not yet fully conform. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or features on our website or in our products, or if you need information in an alternative format, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature, the problem you encountered, and the assistive technology you use (if any), and we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need and to fix the issue.

Ongoing effort

We review accessibility as part of our design and development process and test with automated tools, keyboard navigation, and screen readers. We will update this statement as we make improvements.
